REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Refunds and Returned Items Guarantee
 ADI Firearms offers you a complete refund less 10% restocking fee on returned items in good condition within the first 7 days after you receive them.  This limited warrantee does not include ammunition.  Ammunition cannot be returned after purchases because of safety reasons.

Returns must first be given an “Merchandise Return Form" from ADI Firearms. These authorization forms can be faxed or emailed as well as sent via regular mail, upon your request.  This form will instruct the proper return shipment method, insurance, and address, etc.  Merchandise otherwise received may not be accepted.  Your return must be insured. Packaging and shipping fees are your responsibility.

In the case of guns we sell via Internet auction sites, we support and abide by the return and cancellation polities required by those sites.  These normally include an "examination period" of various times allowing return for purchases considered by the purchaser to be broken  or functionally and/or cosmetically unacceptable to them.  We honor the policies of our partners online.

Cancelled Purchases
Purchases my be cancelled at any time prior to delivery or shipping.  After this time, refunds are based upon our refund policies.  We refund or void any credit card payments directly to the customer card.  It is against company policy to refund cash for credit card charges. We return cash for cash purchases upon cancellation of the purchase.
